Smitsair’s future lies in property

In 2021, Smitsair became part of the international SCHAKO Group. This marks the start of a new chapter in our long history.

To ensure that we can continue to grow in the future, the offices and factory buildings in Uithoorn have now been purchased by the SCHAKO Group’s property division, the Swiss company SCHAMMO AG.

Burglar-resistant outdoor air vents BV70/WK2

The first BV70/WK2-type burglar-resistant external air vents, compliant with the latest NEN 5096/EN 1627-1630 standard, are rolling off our production line.

These vents meet the current WK2/RC2 burglary resistance class.

Smitsair DK-3 roof hoods provide 60,000 m³/h of fresh air

We are proud of the beautiful project in the southern Netherlands for which Smitsair will supply a total of 14 Smitsair DK-3 roof caps powder coated in RAL 7035.

The first six units are now on their way to a company in the food industry. These big boys, measuring 2600x2000x1530 mm, are each capable of drawing in 60,000 m³/h of fresh outside air.
